Your order is not accepted until MANNZE confirms acceptance and receives and processes your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to our Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy [LINK], which includes information on your statutory right to cancel within fourteen (14) days, conditions for returning or exchanging goods (including that returned items must be unworn and free from signs of washing, pet hair or odours), and how to return items with initial defects within seven (7) days.
